Working with its inventor TG&A developed, in CAD, this hands-on construction toy through several iterations to achieve the desired function and “feel”. Since many of the four-piece “tetra’s” were required to test the concept, sourced inexpensive prototype tooling and worked with the supplier through the iterations. Ultimately thousands of parts were made for testing and trade shows.

• Four-piece tetra’s proved too costly so developed a one-piece part molded in a flexible material.
• TG&A worked with the licensee and their designers to develop the character-specific pieces.
• Delivered final CAD files for manufacturing.
